"A return to domestic productivity" is a position our founder has personally advocated since around the year 2000. The view that structures depending on low-cost labour or unconditional outsourcing tend to hollow out institutional knowledge and operational know-how in exchange for short-term cost reductions, has been held consistently throughout that period.

Since the company's establishment in 2013, we have set out to embody this conviction as an organisation, through our day-to-day implementation and operations. Insights obtained on the ground in Japan are captured as assets in code and documentation, and investment in tools and processes is judged by how well it removes single points of human failure and improves handover.

The physical and mental safety of our employees is a prerequisite for the continuity of our business. We do not impose excessive deadlines, habitual late-night or weekend work, or high-risk commutes and business trips.

Calm working conditions in which each engineer can make sound judgements are, in our view, the foundation of high-quality software and long-term customer trust.

Business decisions are made under explicit compliance with applicable laws, written contractual terms, and documented approval criteria. We avoid running operations on personal discretion or undocumented verbal agreements.

The same discipline applies to technical decisions: design trade-offs are documented, reviewed, and only then adopted.
